Our Project Manager coaching may feel a bit like mentoring because we offer a blended approach.

For example, we are certain that fostering personal growth and leadership skills (mentoring) only accelerates our effectiveness with active listening, asking powerful questions, and providing feedback that will enhance performance, grow tactical skills, and improve goal achievement (coaching).

We engage with initial two-part exploratory discussions with your team and management of current and urgent perceived needs and opportunities followed with a targeted discovery or effect-to-cause discussion for us to find those elusive root causes that are silently impacting project performance.

At this point, we will coach your team on agreed specific PM topics that directly address the opportunities and pain points, thereby transferring the experience and knowledge necessary for your PM’s to progressively solve these challenges and

repeatedly achieve project goals going forward.

We partner with both management and project team to understand current project and process status by asking the right questions of the team members who will know in conjunction with pertinent project and process data assessment.

We will then pinpoint and determine how best to remove the barriers to success for the project team. Utilizing our 80/20 problem-solution approach, your consultant will guide your team on removing barriers while giving hands-on insight into any and all matters related to successful project execution.
